Why It's Important to Invest In Yourself & 5 Ways To Get Started

Today's minisode we're talking about the importance of investing in yourself.I think many of us fail to realize the value of investing in ourselves. Sometimes we use the excuse that we can't afford it, other times we use the excuse that we don't have time. But honestly, one of the absolute best things you can do for your well being AND for your wallet is to invest in yourself in some sort of way.I really think the reason why some of us don't "invest" in ourselves is that we fear we won't be perfect at whatever it is that we're trying to do, so we'd rather not try at all. I get it, as a fellow perfectionist that's constantly working on that, I totally understand.BUT sometimes we just need to do something different and out of our comfort zones to truly better ourselves. Now when I say "invest in yourself" I don't necessarily mean only monetary ways, like professional development/workshops/educational purposes...though those are awesome!I also mean investing in things like your health, hobbies, relationships, etc.Tune in to the episode to find out the 5 ways you can start investing in yourself today! Why It's Important to Invest In Yourself & 5 Ways To Get Started: One of the best things you can do for your mental health and well-being is to invest in yourself.
