Show notes

In today's episode, you'll find out:

  • How batch tasking has changed her life and how you can get started.
  • What she struggles with in her career the most.
  • Misconceptions people have about Registered Dietitians.
  • Her favorite go-to breakfasts and lunches.
  • How to make healthier lifestyle changes that stick.
  • Why you should consider meal planning.

Sarah has been involved with the food industry since her 1st job at 16 working at a local restaurant. After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in Food and Nutrition Science she moved to IL to complete her dietetic internship becoming a Registered Dietitian and received her Master's Degree in Food & Nutrition. After learning that she was gluten intolerant several years ago, she became an avid meal planner, and somewhere along the way started to really enjoy cooking.

Sarah has the typical "9-5" job, but also started a side passion project using her nutrition background, meal planning skills and passion for cooking to help others plan meals, focusing on quick meal solutions that fit today's busy lifestyles. Her goal is to help inform people how to live better and healthier lives through their food choices and show them it does not have to be expensive or time-consuming.
